What is Eazywagon’s motive?

We assure delivery of products from our store in mint condition and with the least transit time.

Does Eazywagon ship all over India?

Yes. Our logistics partners assure delivery of our products all across India. Shipping costs are added when you checkout. However, we have a host of discounts and offers running all year round, so be on the lookout for exclusive deals.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

3-8 business days. It is highly dependent on our customer’s location. We usually pack and ship the order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via your mobile number or email. Rest assured; our products will be in your hands in no time at all.

Do we charge shipping charges?

Great news! For every order above Rs. 999, we offer free shipping right at your doorstep. If your order totals below Rs. 999, a shipping charge of Rs. 120 will be added during checkout. But we run promotions all year round, so you might even get free shipping on orders even below Rs. 999.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return the items I ordered?

We at Eazywagon, want you to have a seamless shopping experience. Our products are carefully packed and are of the utmost quality. However, in the event of a product being damaged in transit or the wrong product being delivered, we are happy to help. Just email us at support@eazywagon.com or Contact us on +91 9110622705 within 1-2 Days of the delivery along with proof of damage or the wrong product and we will guide you through the return process.

If the return is been approved by the support team based on the buyers intrest, the buyer will be bearing both the shipping cost for delivery and return.

How do I cancel my order?

An order can only be canceled before it gets handed over to our logistics partner for shipping. In order to cancel these unshipped items, you have to write to our customer support at support@eazywagon.com. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

In the event of a cancellation of a prepaid order, the refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within the next 2-7 business days.

What are the cancellation charges?

We levy no cancellation charges. However, do keep in mind that orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policys

When do I get my Refunds? (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What to do on Late or missing refunds? (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
